As the IT & Data Commercial Director for Iberia, you and your team will play a key role in delivering both the IT & Data mission and Iberia renew ambition by enabling business topline growth through technology and data.

Mission of the role

This role is accountable for the annual strategic portfolio of projects and products Sales and Marketing functions including all cross-functional implications and dependencies, as well as the data transformation journey. Accountability includes:

• Strategic Business Partnering

• Establish Digital & Automation strategy for Commercial Capabilities with focus on maximising business value from technology & data investments

• Establish and implement the data transformation journey

• Contribute to the design of the global products and standards, and implementing those in Iberia

• Establish, manage and deliver strategic portfolio of circa 10-20 projects p.a. with focus on Growth and Digital transformation

• Accountability for the Commercial IT OPEX and CAPEX forecasts and landing

• Build external relationships and networks to represent our Client externally, enhance its reputation, identify breakthrough/tech innovations and stimulate the business with ideas and talent from outside

• Drive Agile transformation of Commercial IT domain towards a product organization

• Set up and delivery of KPIs for portfolio and services – in agreement with local stakeholders, global functions, and strategic vendors

• Quality of the IT Products & Services delivered by the local and global teams

• Leverage existing tech and data intangible assets to maximise business value

Critical experience required

• A strategic leader with substantial experience in both IT and in the field of Marketing and Sales and Data

• Demonstrable experience in IT delivery with some experience in FMCG/Retail space preferable

• A proven track record of managing senior stakeholders

• Experience leading Agile/Product teams with strong design thinking capabilities

• Excellent knowledge of Commercial technology providers and landscape

• Experience with Data integration and management

• Good understanding of Marketing KPIs and what a great consumer experience looks like

• Good understanding of Revenue Growth Management and Sales topics including Pricing, promotions, trade management and SFA.

• Project / portfolio/demand/budget Management

• Service Level Management

• Proven record of delivering growth ROI through the implementation and execution of technology

• Strong process, business analysis and design
