Descriptif du poste

You will be helping our customers to implement our API.

✅ Your responsibilities:

  • You can organize a kick-off meeting/teleconference with prospective client
  • Communicate with technical end non-technical people
  • Make sure that the customers have no problem in the day-to-day usage (build and run)
  • Identify and debug technical problems and follow them to be in continuous improvement logic
  • Spot any discrepancies/outdated info in the API documentation and fix it (or at least escalate it)
  • Translate the problems encountered by the customers to our product team (if purely functional) and tech team (if purely technical)
  • Follow the API product evolution and communicate the changes with the customers and the API team
  • You Prepare and send regular updates on the clients’ API developpement progress to management

Also, you will :

  • Manage the API integration team (2 then 3 people)
  • Provide a context in which your team can work in the best conditions
  • Help your managed collaborators to find qualities they should develop and strength they can rely on
  • Work with your managed collaborators to set up objectives that will help them to grow and accompany them in the management process of Rail Europe
  • You are the main point of contact for the team, and you will give visibility on achievements

Profil recherché

  • Master’s Degree (or equivalent to Bac +4/5 in France)
  • Experience in Java and REST API (+3 or +4 years)
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Decision making ability
  • Give and receive constructive feedbacks
  • Empathetic and capable of building strong relationships

  • Knowledge in AWS CloudWatch
  • AWS CloudWatch Logs Insights query
  • Salesforce Reports and Dashboard
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
