PosteThey are now looking for :
An English and French-speaking IT Support Technician to provide exceptional IT support to our business.
The role is based in our Paris office but will provide support to all European offices. As such, some travel within Europe will be required.
IT Support acts as first point of contact for support calls from all offices' funds
Monitors call queues to ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are being met
Escalates calls when necessary, ensures all follow up action is completed
ProfilAt least 3-4 years' experience working independently on an IT helpdesk, supporting users in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong PC troubleshooting and problem-solving skillset
Excellent knowledge of Windows (mainly 10), Office 365 and technology in general
Basic network management skills
Ability to communicate with users at all levels and explain complex issues quickly and simply
Ability to work independently and manage own workload and time
Ability to prioritise and multitask
Fluency in English and French
Preferably educated to degree level
Advantageous also would be experience in:
Mcafee endpoint protection
Avaya Phone systems
Cisco Video Conferencing
